Income-Based Rent

Reed City Housing participates in a public housing and Section 8 housing choice voucher program for low-income individuals and families. There are small waiting lists for our residences. Applications are available online or outside the main entrance of our senior building. All applications need to be returned in person or by mail. We can also mail applications to those outside of the Reed City area.
