Affordable Family Housing

Our public housing program at Reed City Housing includes 33 family townhouse apartments for families looking for affordable housing solutions. Affordable housing is a crisis for many families in Reed City, MI. By participating in a Section 8 housing choice voucher program, Reed City Housing provides a place to live for families struggling to make ends meet.

 

Our public housing program includes one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom family housing. These are comfortable, spacious apartments with all the amenities you need to live well. In addition, lawn care and snow removal will be provided, and pets and service animals will be allowed.

Family Townhouse Apartments

Your family can find a home with Reed City Housing. We have a small waiting list for our affordable family apartments. Applications are available on our website or outside the main entrance of our senior building. All applications need to be returned to us in person or by mail. We can also mail applications to individuals outside of the Reed City area.
